Pastor John Monroe, Senior Pastor

Pastor Monroe received Christ as his Savior at the age of eight while attending Children's Church at Temple Baptist Church in Fredericksburg, VA, where he grew up. Upon graduating from high school in 1984, he enrolled at BJU beginning as an accounting major. In 1985 God called Dr. Monroe into the ministry, and he changed his major to Pastoral Studies.

After receiving an M.A. in Pastoral Studies from BJU in 1991, Dr. Monroe went to Tabernacle Baptist Church in Virginia Beach, VA. He served on the pastoral staff for 3 years during which time he earned a Doctorate of Religious Education. Dr. Monroe was ordained to the ministry in July 1995. That fall the Lord led Dr. Monroe to take the position of senior pastor at Providence Baptist Church in Riverview, FL–a position he held until coming to Faith Baptist Church in January of 2009. He and his wife,   Susan, have eight children – four girls and four boys.

 Pastor David Stockard

Pastor Stockard and his wife, Linda, began their ministry at Faith Baptist Church in June of 2009. Pastor Stockard grew up in Graham, Texas, where his father pastored Morningside Baptist Church for thirty-one years. After high school graduation, Pastor Stockard attended Baylor University for one year. He transferred to Bob Jones University in 1970 as a sophomore where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in Bible and a master's degree in theology. He also earned a master's degree from Pensacola Christian College. He served for two years as a youth pastor in Dallas, TX, before returning to his hometown to serve alongside his father for seven years as his assistant.

In 1984, Pastor Stockard went to Providence Baptist Church in Riverview, FL (Tampa area) to serve as the Administrator of Providence Christian School. In 1999, he assumed the role of Administrative Pastor at Providence. He served at Providence for twenty-five years, thirteen of those alongside Pastor Monroe.
Linda grew up in Massachusetts and received a degree in Religious Education from Glen Cove Bible College in Maine (now known as New England Bible College). She taught kindergarten at Pensacola Christian School for five years. She and Pastor Stockard were married in 1982 and have been serving together in ministry for the past thirty-six years. For many of those years, Linda taught first and second grades in Christian schools in both Texas and Florida.  She currently teaches part-time at Hidden Treasure Christian School. They have been blessed with three children and six grandchildren.

Jordan Alexander

1710_J_Alexander_PROOFS___005_7003.jpgJordan was born and raised in Brazil alongside his four siblings as church planting missionary kids. He was saved by God’s grace at the age of five after having many questions for several months. During his teen years the Lord allowed him to be a part of a church plant by a national pastor in another part of the town he grew up in. This ministry opportunity opened his eyes to the need of church planting and evangelism. After two years of working with this church, he returned to the United States to receive a B.S. in Bible at Bob Jones University. From his first year in college, he has been involved in the youth ministry at Faith. While in college, he grew in his knowledge and love for youth ministry. He married his favorite girl in the summer of 2015. After graduating from BJU, he began taking a few classes every year in the pursuit of a Master of Divinity. Lord-willing, he will be done with the degree by the time  he is 40!

Jordan and Kim are thankful for the privilege of serving alongside the parents of Faith Baptist Church in leading their teens to embrace a personal faith in Jesus Christ, a whole-hearted commitment to glorifying Christ and reaching their peers with the love of Christ.

Dr. Tim Fisher

Tim Fisher received both a B.A. and an M.A. degree from Bob Jones University in Church Music, and taught there on the music faculty for nine years. First as a college student and then a faculty member, Tim spent his summers and weekends traveling to local churches ministering the Word of God in song. Tim has sung or preached in about two thousand churches across the United States and in several foreign countries. Tim and Deborah were married in 1980. Deborah grew up in Finland as the child of missionaries, and received a B.A. and an M.M. in voice performance from BJU. Tim and Deborah are the parents of one daughter, Christina Elizabeth Dupont. Christina married Nathan Dupont, and together they serve at Grace Baptist Church in Elko, NV. Tim and Deborah are also the proud grandparents of Elizabeth Lucille, born in 2016.

In 1999, Tim joined the Pastoral Staff at FBC as Minister of Music on a part-time basis. For 14 years he served as the music pastor and was also involved with producing sacred recordings and traveling to local churches. In 2013 Tim transitioned to a full-time position at FBC, where he coordinates the music program, and works in church logistics for public services and special occasions. He enjoys playing golf poorly and looking at pictures of his granddaughter.

Dr. John McCormick

In 1977, John and Debra McCormick moved from Pennsylvania to Greenville for John to major in accounting at BJU. Once there, John changed his major to business management; he then enrolled in the only elective class that would not conflict with his schedule - Foundations and History of Education. It was in that class that God called John into education.

After completing a degree in business management, John began graduate work in educational administration and supervision. Once again, due to "circumstances," the only available course that would fit his schedule was Educating the Exceptional Child. Through personal devotions in I Corinthians 12, God showed John that Christian schools need to provide Christian education to special needs young people. John pledged to be involved in special education wherever God directed.

After completing a master's degree, John sought God's will about the future. He served as a deacon at Faith and was familiar with Hidden Treasure, then in its third year. John contacted Dave Racke, the principal of Hidden Treasure, about volunteering. When God led the Rackes to Puerto Rico later that year, Pastor Vaughn asked John to become the new school administrator. He also encouraged John to pursue a master's degree in special education. Subsequently, during the next five years, John attended numerous classes and in 1991 received a Master of Arts degree in special education. Also during this time, he worked with Pastor Vaughn and several teachers to write Special Education: A Biblical Approach.

Soon after the book was published, Pastor Vaughn challenged John to pursue his doctorate in education. John accepted the challenge and in 1999 received his doctorate in educational leadership with a minor in special education. In October 2000, Hidden Treasure moved into its new 28,000 square foot building.

Pastor Mark Kashuba

Mark Kashuba grew up in Caldwell, New Jersey, and later moved to rural upstate New York.  As a teen he sensed the Lord’s call to the ministry.  He received his training at Baptist Bible College in Clarks Summit, PA, and earned a B.S. in Bible in 1991.  He and his wife, Lori (also a graduate of Baptist Bible College), were married in 1988 and have served the Lord together in various capacities ever since.  Over the years Mark has worked as an auto mechanic, a janitor, a factory worker, a lumberyard manager, a handyman, and a pastor.  Lori has worked as an elementary school teacher, a homeschooling mom, and has served alongside Mark every step of the way.  Mark and Lori’s greatest joys are being the parents of four wonderful sons and serving the young families of Faith Baptist          Church.

Mr. Craig Stouffer

Craig_Stouffer.jpgCraig Stouffer was born in Presque Isle, Maine, and grew up in central Pennsylvania. His father, George Stouffer, taught in Christian Schools, provided pulpit supply and was the president of a small Bible institute where he and his 4 brothers provided the maintenance staff for the institute. More importantly, Craig learned the value of serving on a team and ministering together in music. He received Christ as his Savior at the age of 8 after a youth group meeting and was baptized the following year at an old fashioned camp meeting. Craig started at Bob Jones University in the fall of 1993 and after working a lot, traveling with a men’s quartet all over the Southeast, moving to Greenville permanently, marrying his high-school sweetheart, Sophia, and starting a family, he finally received a degree in Graphic Design in the spring of 2005. He served at The Wilds office in Taylors from 2000-2008 as Publications Coordinator. He has been a member of Faith Baptist Church since 2001, on staff since 2008 and now oversees operations, maintenance, and publications, serves as a deacon, and is involved in the music program.
