Beginning Piano &
Music Theory

STARTING AGES 5+

Students commit to one 45-minute lesson each week. Tuition is paid monthly.

No refunds or make-up lessons are available for missed classes.

Private Piano
Lessons

STARTING AGES 5+

These lessons are available for students who have successfully completed beginning piano instruction or possess equivalent readiness.

Students commit to one 30-minute lesson each week. Tuition is paid monthly.

No refunds but make-up lessons may be available based upon availability.

REGISTRATION & TUITION

Start Date: August 31

Families enrolling in Beginning Piano and Music Theory commit to nine months of monthly payments.

  • 1st student in the family: $175 per month
  • 2nd student in the family: $150 per month
  • 3rd student in the family: $125 per month
  • 4th student and additional students in the family: Free
  • $75 Faith membership scholarship available per student.

Example: Faith Family of 4 children enrolled with scholarship would pay a total of $225 a month for nine months for a grand total of $2,025.

Hardship scholarships considered upon request and evaluation.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Beginning Piano & Music Theory

This introductory class presents students with the foundational elements of music through a piano-centered approach. Students will develop basic piano technique, learn to read and understand music notation, and explore rhythm and melody. They will also strengthen listening skills through ear training, solfège, and singing. The course encourages creativity through introductory composition activities and provides an overview of music history, helping students understand the context behind the music they perform and enjoy. Through interactive instruction and hands-on practice, students will build confidence and establish a strong foundation for continued musical study.
